Description
Good natured and mellow like a Sunday afternoon, songwriter Tom Luce and his eponymous quartet burst on the San Francisco scene in the late ’90s, fueled by a promising debut album that found its way onto the KFOG song list. Luce’s music is in fact a perfect addition to the station’s “world class rock,” drawing from influences like the Beatles, Dave Matthews Band and Counting Crows. Signed in 2007 to Bay Area indie label Opus Music, the group released a third album Corner of the World, a tasteful set of pop-inflected rock tunes.
