Description
Stripped down, streamlined and succinct, this year’s festival presents seven smart dances by innovative choreographers from Santa Cruz, the Bay Area, and Los Angeles, presented by Cid Pearlman/Performance Projects and Motion Pacific.This year’s Looking Left features mid-career and emerging artists composing in the short form. Included on the program are works by Cid Pearlman (Santa Cruz), Christy Funsch (San Francisco), Gerald Casel (Santa Cruz), Fog Beast (Bay Area), David King (Santa Cruz), Molly Katzman and Lauren Godla (Santa Cruz), and Carol McDowell (Los Angeles).
