Originally scheduled for a Thursday show at The Urgency, Lionheart, your friendly neighborhood metal band, will kick off its national tour at The Venue in Los Gatos, with Endwell, Thick as Blood and Venia. The band, which recently re-released its 2007 album The Will to Survive earlier this year, has taken on the task of spreading the tradition of hardcore heavy metal to the masses. The five-member band plays fast, loud and aggressive—all good indicators that these guys put on an extreme show. And if you happen to like what you hear, throw a couple extra bucks Lionheart’s way. The band’s trailer was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of equipment was ripped off. Not cool.
