Description
Not to be confused with the psychedelic metal band of the same name, Morgan Hill’s Less Than Three is an alias for Sleepwell’s Jonathan Borgia. The emo-rocker takes acoustic respite for his solo side-project, showcasing considerable songwriting prowess and well-honed vocal abilities. In some ways, there’s something more effective and raw about hearing teenage melancholy through a far less complicated vehicle than the full-size rock band, and Borgia’s ability to strike at the pulse of high-school life in all its complexities is quite poignant, even poetic. Drowning in Audio, Ten Days New, Five O’ Clock Noon, In the Face of Lions, and Voulga also perform at the all ages show.
