Lesbians and Gay men, our culture and community is not just built on the shoulders of men. How have lesbians supported us and helped us create the community we have? Should we confront the male focus of our gay culture? Is the time overdue for us as gay men to honor and celebrate the "L" of LGBT?Join the San Francisco Gay Men's Community Initiative (SFGMCI) and our lesbian friends to explore these questions and to celebrate the influence that the Lesbian community has had on our lives as gay men of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Panelists include Bevan Dufty, SF Board of Supervisors; Dr. Betty Sullivan, founder and president of bettyslist.com; and Jen Hecht, Education Director of Stop AIDS.
