I still haven't gotten the song from the commercial that ran on Bay Area affiliates when Legally Blonde: The Musical came to San Francisco a few years ago "Legally Blo-o-onde...Legally Blonde, oh yeah!"I'm assuming the only ten seconds of music I know from this production doesn't accurately represent the quality of lyrics in this show, because it's been on the road for quite a few years now, and is still going strong.
Based on the popular comedy of 2001, Legally Blonde: The Musical revolves around pampered socialite Elle Woods, who follows her her ex-boyfriend to Harvard after he breaks up with her for a brainiac. Through the use of the famous bend-and-snap and lots of pink, fluffy things, Elle charms her way into law school. (Yes, I did write that all from memory. So what if I've seen it on TV on a Sunday afternoon a couple of times?)
