Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur to Celebrate La Fête du Cochon June 11 to June 14Left Bank Brasserie in Larkspur will be celebrating La Fête du Cochon from Wednesday, June 11 through Saturday, June 14. La Fête du Cochon is a traditional festival held in France which honors the many classic dishes prepared using pig including charcuterie, roasts and sausages. In addition to their regular menu, Left Bank will feature lunch and dinner a la carte specials in the spirit of the occasion.
Guests will be able to enjoy The Grand Charcuterie Platter with pork roulade, country pâté, rillettes, and chicken liver mousse, served with grilled baguette, whole grain mustard, peach jam and cornichons ($24.00); Calder’s Danish pork roulade with mustard, violet and herb vinaigrette ($15.75); slow braised pork belly and giant bean casserole with spring garlic crumbles ($27.50); and a maple bacon sundae ($7.00).
