Left Bank Brasserie at Santana Row is hosting the second in their summer beer pairing series, La Fête de la Bière, on Saturday, August 18 and Sunday, August 19, from noon to 4:00 p.m. The local brewery featured will be Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing, an award winning, certified organic brewery. Guests can enjoy a $40.00 four-course tasting menu with beer pairings served outside on Left Bank’s patio, in the style of a traditional beer garden. The regular Left Bank a la carte menu will also be served all day.The prix fixe menu will be prepared by Left Bank Chef David Bastide and will be paired with four of Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing's handcrafted beers.
