Green&Tonic and Le Colonial Present: Le Colonial VertYou're invited to join Green&Tonic and friends for the greening of Le Colonial on September 3rd, 2008.
Le Colonial has already taken great strides in reducing their environmental impact and is partnering with G&T to go the extra mile. Le Colonial has already implemented a stellar composting program - complete with compostable straws, fluorescent light switch-out, local organic produce partnership, organic and sustainable alcohol sales and a responsible business practice program.
In addition to getting the plumbing, HVAC, and energy systems audited, Le Colonial would like to start using green cleaning products.
All proceeds from our designated "green drinks" on the night of the event will go to helping them reach this new goal.
We'll be starting the festivities, complete with live jazz band, at 7pm. Come for a guilt-free cocktail and celebrate the positive change that's taking place in our own backyard.
