LB Steak Easter Celebration

LB Steak at Santana Row in San Jose will celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. by offering a la carte menu specials in addition to a limited regular menu.

Brunch specials, available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., will be Lobster Cake Benedict with passion-fruit béarnaise, two poached eggs and O’Brien potatoes ($26.00); Easter Ham with Llano Seco organic ham with root beer glazed spring toy carrots and grilled spring onions, truffled scalloped potatoes and spicy Guinness mustard ($34.00); Roast Leg of Spring Lamb with green garlic whipped potatoes, wild mushrooms, Lacinato kale and lemon confit ($46.00); and Banana Cream Pie with house made peanut butter chips, almond graham cracker crust and a chocolate mojito sauce ($9.00).

For dinner, 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., guests can enjoy Roast Leg of Spring Lamb with green garlic whipped potatoes, wild mushroom, Lacinato kale and lemon confit ($48.00); Easter Ham with Llano Seco organic ham, root beer glazed spring toy carrots, grilled spring onions, truffled scalloped potatoes and spicy Guinness mustard ($34.00); Surf and Turf with petit filet of prime beef, half a lobster tail, port jus, shaved Oregon truffles, fresh wasabi root, yams and escarole ($50.00); and Banana Cream Pie with house made peanut butter chips, almond graham cracker crust and a chocolate mojito sauce ($9.00).

For children, there will be a complimentary Easter basket containing candy filled eggs and some of them will also include a prize of a free kids dessert.
