Description
Karen Tei Yamashita is the author of five novels, including Tropic of Orange, Through the Arc of the Rainforest, and I Hotel, a 2010 National Book Award finalist. She has received an American Book Award and the Janet Heidinger Kafka Prize for Fiction. A California native who has also lived in Brazil and Japan, Yamashita teaches at the University of California, Santa Cruz.More Info
