San Jose Jazz and the Poor House Bistro are proud to present an evening of great live blues music with the Karen Lovely Band. Karen Lovely's first musical achievement was capturing the 2nd Place Band Prize at the 2010 International Blues Challenge, only to followed up with 2011 BMA Nominations for Best Female Contemporary Blues Artist, Best Contemporary Blues Album, and Best Song for her second release, Still The Rain. Ms. Lovely has blown away audiences around the country with her unique voice, powerful delivery and her blending of contemporary and old school blues.
