San Jose Made (SJMADE http://www.sanjosemade.com) is a vendor fair where local San Jose makers, labels, brands, and artists showcase and sell current projects and goods. SJMADE draws event-goers with a varied number of interests from cuisine to handmade jewelry to graphic apparel. The event seeks unique and currently inactive locations as event venues. This installation of SJMADE is set at San Pedro Square in Downtown San Jose. At the corner of San Pedro Street and Santa Clara Street, an inactive restaurant space transforms into a modern apparel marketplace. The Perazzo building at the fast-growing San Pedro Square Market on the northern end of the block becomes a center for local design craft goods.
