"Guitarists Scott and Feliks first met in the Hampshire College dining commons.. [where] the two formed Zombie Morita, a progressive shred-metal duo executed on the seemingly mild-mannered nylon string guitar. Moving to San Francisco provoked the two to return to their electric roots. Fusing prog-metal guitar styles with pop sensibilities was a key insight for them, but discovering vocalist Zoe Lowe brought the project to a new level with the addition of catchy hooks and her cleverly crafted lyrics. Finally, the drum stylings of Zach Boookstein Partridge, a combo of punk, jazz, dance and funk to name a few, brought the sound of Hey Three Eyes to fruition."- myspace.com
