Hatha Yoga translates to Union of Sun and Moon; the uniting of Yin and Yang energies of the Body-Mind-Spirit Complex. Coordinating breath with gentle movement in Vinyasa style flow, Hatha Yoga restores, revitalizes and calms the mind, body and spirit, allowing more synchronicity within your whole being. Whether you desire to release the tension and stress of the workday or connect deeper within your own being, come and experience what Hatha Yoga has to offer. All levels welcome. A Yoga mat is required.Date: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm—6:30pm
