440 BRANNAN STUDIO SHOWROOM is a five thousand square foot retail store and
studio factory where prominent and emerging Bay Area Designers create their
limited edition lines and sell them at 440 exclusively and in some cases, to
their ever expanding client base. With it’s background in the product
development area of fashion and set in the middle of what was once the SF
fashion district, this space reeks of creativity and has been doing so since
1996. Wander back into the factory where it all happens and see your “garment
to be” on the cutting table. Open late and always friendly, the designers here
will help you choose the perfect garment for your body or occasion in a low
key, spacious environment. Get on the email list to take advantage of the sales
