Location: Mission Creek Sports Park, along the north shore of Mission Creek at the southwest end of Berry Street.
Introducing the newest gem of the Mission Bay Park System! Come join your neighbors for a day of activities, music, community-building, and a ribbon-cutting celebration on the water’s edge.
The Mission Creek Sports Park is a gorgeous waterfront park featuring lush new landscaping, enhanced lighting, exciting architecture, a fenced dog run, and new sports courts for volleyball, tennis, and basketball and more. Experience the tremendous changes taking place at Mission Bay, and catch a glimpse of the neighborhood’s future parks still in the works.
The Park Festival and Grand Opening Celebration is free and open to the public. The featured musical guest is the local upbeat surf band, Pollo Del Mar.
