Description
For three nights, three concerts will be benefitting research for the cure of Alzheimer's. The Los Altos United Methodist Church and The San Jose Chapter of the American Guild of Organists is putting on the SPARKLE concert series. A series of concerts collaborating with local composers and musicians.NOV 9:
Organist Valerie Sterk will perform "Sparkling Handbell" with Larry and Carla Sue amongst other vocalists. The Concert will be held at the Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church (728 West Fremont Avenue, Sunnyvale 94087).
NOV 10:
"Get Your Sparkle Back" is a concert of organists, pianists and vocalists will be performing a jazz and broadway medley along with the premier of a musical piece inspired by three Bay Area locations: Muir Woods, Bodega Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. This concert will be at the Los Altos United Methodist Church.
NOV 11:
"Sparkling Brass" will be starting at 3pm at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (13716 Saratoga Ave., Saratoga 95070). A musical medley will be performed by Organist Diane Keller and the Larry Blake Quartet.
