Udavum Karangal SF Bay Area presents Galaata 2008. Galaata (adv. wild, raucous fun) evokes memories of college festivals back home by combining traditional dance and music with Kollywood-Koothu and music. Galaata is all about Galaata Galaata and only Galaata!!!!!!UDAVUM KARANGAL (Helping hands) invites you to GALAATA Spring Fest. GALAATA is an all day fun filled carnival held at Chabot College held on May 24, 2008 (Saturday).

Galaata 2008 will feature the popular Galaata IDOL (Prelims from early April) - Singing Competition, Sirippa Seruppa - Comedy Event, Sahana - Musical Show, Matinee Madness - Movie & Music Trivia and finally the evening will rock with the popular Bay Area light music band PALLAVI!!!
