San Francisco based singer/songwriter Gaby Velazquez (www.gabyvmusic.com) is pleased to announce the release of his anticipated debut album, Let Me In. The album was mixed by Grammy award winning engineer Oz Fritz, whose legendary work includes sessions with Tom Waits, Les Claypool and Trey Anastasio. Gaby V worked with a local collection of world class musicians including Dan Lebowitz (ALO), Inx Herman (Hamsa Lila), Mark Calderon, and Colin Hoops performing on 12 original tracks, included the title track “Let Me In” and the hit single “Sway.” Gaby has teamed up with Bay Area based label reapandsow (www.reapandsow.com) to release this album.
To celebrate the album’s debut there will be a CD Release Party at the Red Devil Lounge (www.reddevillounge.com) on November 27th, 2009. Supporting Gaby V. will be stand up comic Matt Layton and Tea Leaf Green’s Trevor Garrod (www.tealeafgreen.com).
