Description

Start 2018 off right with a step into the peaceful beauty of McEvoy Ranch. Focus on the natural world and begin the year by recognizing our need for balance in our hectic lives. We will share some simple insights and lifestyle changes that can help.

Jacquelyn Buchanan, chef educator and former Culinary Director in the Natural Chef Program at Bauman College, will teach you how to make bone broth, mineral broth, and nourishing soups to boost your immunity. Test to see if your immune system is compromised by a lack of zinc and enjoy Sonoma Coast oysters rich in this essential element.

We will take a garden walk and share some wisdom from “How to Eat” by Thich Nhat Hanh. Learn how making informed decisions can bring harmony and how small changes can have a big impact. Sometimes keeping it simple is the solution.
