Who: Dr. Greg Jenkins and Peggy Fleming Jenkins announce the opening of Fleming Jenkins Vineyards & Winery’s new tasting room and wine store.What: A new tasting room featuring the wines of Fleming Jenkins Vineyards & Winery: 2007 Victories Rose; 2006 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay, Jenkins Vineyard; 2005 Santa Cruz Mountains Syrah, Black Ridge Vineyards; 2005 Livermore Valley Syrah, Madden Ranch; and the 2005 Napa Valley “Choreography” Cabernet Blend.
When: The Grand Opening of the tasting room begins with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:30 pm on June 12. Other events will be held on the following Friday and Saturday and on Father’s Day, June 15, when, as a special treat for Dad, Olympic figure skating champion Peggy Fleming will be in the tasting room from 12:00 to 5:00 pm to autograph wine bottles and greet her many fans.
