Description
Five Characters in Search of an Exit got their name from a Twilight Zone episode of the same name where five characters are trapped in a dark cylinder that they believe is Hell. Turns out the five characters are actually dolls and they are trapped in a toy bin. So what kind of music would a band named after this twisted TV episode play? One word: metal. We're talking loud, fist-pumping, vocal-chord-damaging, animal-sacrificing metal. As a side note, Five Characters in Search of an Exit have a song called "Ten Things I Hate About Chu," a name that references the one true for metal guys: teen rom-coms. This is their CD release show. - Aaron Carnes sanjose.com
