As the pop-up restaurant you can find only in San Francisco, EAT arrives at some of the most intriguing venues in the city. Chef Tommy Halvorson (previous sous at Bix and Adagia) and current Executive chef of The Phoenix Supper Club, brings his culinary skills to downtown SF. EAT is a reflection of everything San Francisco. With delicious Californian street food tapas made with local and sustainable produce, cocktails made by local mixologists, and music that is everything BUT top 40s, EAT is cosmopolitan in every sense of the word.

111 Minna Gallery has been a staple in San Francisco's art world for almost two decades, and it is still one of the most respected contemporary and urban art galleries in the Bay Area. EAT restaurant brings made to order food to 111 Minna Gallery for the first time in the 17 years of the gallery's establishment.

The art is rotated every month, and both rooms are open for viewing to all EAT guests. Previous exhibits have featured Micah LeBrun, Ron English, and shows curated by one of SF's legends, Irene Hernandez of Chillin' Productions.
