Camera 3 Entertainment is thrilled to present two special screenings of Giuseppe Verdi's opera, "Don Carlos". First performed in 1884, this four-act grand opera tells the story of Carlos, King of Asturias, after his betrothed Elisabeth of Valois married his father, Phillip II of Spain, as part of the peace treaty that ended the Italian War of 1551-1559 between the Houses of Habsburg and Valois. This production is conducted by Daniele Gatti and stars Stuart Neill as Don Carlo, Ferruccio Furlanetto as Philip II, and Fiorenza Cedolins as Elisabeth de Valois.
