Description
What is Dayan QigongDayan Qigong is an ancient Chinese martial art for health and longevity. "Dayan" means wild goose. "Qigong" means the practice of qi. It is a complete set of exercises including warm ups, meditation, self-massage and 64 movements.
Dayan Qigong promotes health and immune function, increases energy, flexibility and balance, and reduces stress. It is part of traditional healing in that it balances the yin and yang in our bodies, regulates the functions of all of our organs, and helps the meridians, blood vessels and other fluids to flow freely.
Eighteen weeks/lessons are needed to complete the entire course. Every class is built upon the previous lesson. Students must take Level I before taking Level II.
