Description
They say pop music goes through cycles. After the austere and jangly sounds of the early Beatles and Beach Boys gave way to sprawling concept albums and glammed-up prog-rock opuses, punk rock burst onto the scene to bring things back to the basics. Even rap rock--spawned in the late-'90s--has been showing signs of life lately; there aren't many bands bigger than Twenty One Pilots. It's hard to say whether the duo who gave us the hip-hop infused smash album Blurryface owe anything to Crazy Town (you know, the "Butterfly" guys). But they're coming to town, so... Chain wallets, cargo pants and Airwalks optional.
