Description
Beginning Monday, March 8, at 9 a.m. the Open Space Authority is accepting reservations for its 2010 Coyote Spring hikes. On each of 12 days there will be two hikes, one to the ridge top and the other along the face of the slope.The 5-mile ridge top hike is limited to 20 participants and the 3-mile hillside hike can take 10. Both hikes are strenuous; children under 8 will not be permitted on either hike. Hike days are Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays: March 20, 24, 27, and 31, and April 4, 7, 10, 11, 14, 17, and 18.
Sign up for any Coyote Spring hike by emailing [email protected] or calling 408-224-7476. One hike per person, please, and no more than five people per reservation. Be sure to specify the day and hike you’re requesting and provide a telephone number or email address. Meeting place and other instructions will be provided at the time your reservation is confirmed.
