A $15 million diamond necklace is stolen from the Philippines Treasury and laundered through a pawnshop in San Francisco. The pawnshop is burglarized, the necklace is stolen, and the main suspect is…a drag queen who goes by the name Corky Hotpoint! Filmed on location in the U.S. and Philippines, this light-hearted romp features a colorful cast of characters and memorable musical performers who go in search of the missing necklace. From Manila to San Francisco, then to Guerneville (!) and back to the Philippines, we are left wondering: Is everything what it seems? Can you tell the difference? And in the bigger scheme of things, does it really matter? This is a movie with only one goal: to put a smile on your face.
