Description
If you've never had a chance to do a component tasting, this is a real treat...Join Valerie Evans, Certified Sommelier, as she guides you through 6 different varietals and samples of the aromatic components that you can find in the wines. We will have an array of different fruit, wood, herbs, spices, etc that you can smell to help you better identify the aromas found in wine.
A great learning experience and really fun!
$35 per student ($30 for club members, please contact the shop directly for your discounted reservation)
