In 2007, Inforum convened a panel to look into the future of real estate. A year and a half later, the bubble has burst, mortgages are defaulting and people are losing their homes. Much of what the panelists predicted has come true. Now, we reconvene these experts to guide us when it comes to buying, selling or waiting in the risky real-estate market.
