Sometimes I get sad that I don't have time for bands like Boom Boom Stereo the way I used to. These are the kind of bands that fueled my fourteen-year-old summer. I left for San Francisco when I turned eighteen, and came back to my parents' house in Campbell with my tail between my legs about six months ago, when the money ran out. I was astonished to find that even though all the venues I frequented as a kid are gone, the music never went away. Though virtually no all-ages club is safe, San Jose still breeds premium pop-punk suitable for the youngest among us.Though Boom Boom Stereo is a soundtrack for San Jose's exceptionally resilient all-ages circuit, the Blank show is 21+.
