We will be making a twist on Irish stew using nutrient-dense, flavor rich, and outrageously lean buffalo meat! Buffalo tastes like beef but has less calories than white chicken and more iron than beef. Our menu includes Irish Stew and cabbage, a traditional side dish of carrots and potatoes, and gluten-free Irish soda bread.
