bacar's "Sommelier Suppers" are an intimate and casual evening of tasting and talking that begins in bacar below. Wine Director Mickey Clevenger will share his methods and explain the process of how he chooses rare, small-production and the best in big, bold wines from around the world for the restaurant's wine list. Guests will taste approximately two-dozen wines, many not yet available at bacar, and then enjoy a family style dinner prepared by Executive Chef Robbie Lewis in bacar's mezzanine dining room.
