Description
This beautiful hike will take us to where Drakes Estero empties into the Pacific Ocean. Littered with huge, rounded boulders, and sculpted sandstone, Sunset Beach is truly an incredible sight. We may even see some sea lions that have hauled themselves out to enjoy the sunshine on Limantour Spit, just across from us. We'll weave our way through the boulders, do some tide pooling and take a lunch break perched on top of the rocks. This hike is sure to amaze you with its miles of azure blue water and abundant wildlife. Afterwards, we’ll stop at our favorite local eatery to relax before heading home if you care to join us.
