Master Sommelier Rajat Parr, wine director for the Mina Group, has hand-selected a wine list focusing primarily on boutique wines from America, with an emphasis on local labels from diverse wine growing areas such as the Santa Cruz mountains, Napa, Sonoma and Monterey counties. Also represented are new and exciting appellations from Washington State, Spain, Austria and New Zealand, complemented by a variety of classic selections from France and Germany.
