2005 Bon Appetit chef of the year, Michael Mina incorporates his signature California cuisine into dishes like New York strips, filet mignon and bone-in specialties such as a 20-ounce "cowboy" rib eye, and all beef is grade A prime. A variety of sauces and additions such as seared foie gras or lobster tail are welcome additions to any meat dish. Accompaniments you may want to try include the duck-fat fries or truffled mac and cheese. End your meal with Mina’s signature root beer float prepared with homemade sassafras ice cream. Master Sommelier Rajat Parr, wine director for the Mina Group, has hand-selected a wine list focusing primarily on boutique wines from America, with an emphasis on local labels from diverse wine growing areas such as the Santa Cruz mountains, Napa, Sonoma and Monterey counties. Also represented are new and exciting appellations from Washington State, Spain, Austria and New Zealand, complemented by a variety of classic selections from France and Germany.

Arcadia also features a newly redesigned private dining room that can accommodate 34 guests comfortably.
