Description

Acclaimed food writer, grower and seed conservator Amy Goldman turns her focus on the luscious, ripe tomato, whose reputation is in need of rebuilding after the recent wave of tomato recalls. She grows 50 different types of tomatoes in her own garden and an amazing 500 varieties on her New York farm. A frequent guest on programs such as “Martha Stewart Living,” Goldman, who is dedicated to preserving agricultural bio-diversity, will give us a personal insight into growing and eating the perfect tomato.
