Description

Active Arts Theatre for Young Audiences opens their fourth annual season with the swashbuckling adventure, “How I Became a Pirate,” based on the book by Melinda Long and David Shannon. Performed by a cast of renowned professional adult actors, this musical version of the American Library Association’s selection for a Notable Children’s Book Award will thrill pirates and landlubbers alike! Recommended for children ages 4+

“How I Became a Pirate” opens in Berkeley (Oct. 5 – 19) then moves to the Front Row Theater in San Ramon (Oct. 25 – Nov. 2).
