Award-winning choreographer/directors Janice Garrett and Charles Moulton will present the premiere of "A Show of Hands"--their new, site-specific performance event that explores touch, gesture and the infinite expressive powers and possibilities of the human hand. The work features an original score by Bay Area composer Dan Becker—performed by new contemporary ensemble, the Friction Quartet—a backdrop of hand drawings by Charles Moulton and six dancers.
