Description
Live tattooing by over 200 artists including Jack Rudy, Ichibay, the Dane and Beppe. There will also be live painting by Mike Giant, tattoo contests and art shows.On Halloween night at 9pm, there will be a $1000 prize for best costume in the costume contest.
