Description

Of all the bands competing at the 9 Lives Battle of the Bands this Saturday, Salinas metal-core group A Breed Extinct certainly distinguish themselves by their sheer, aggressive intensity. Their music, to be blunt, will pummel you in the face with double-bass drum rolls, power chords and rage aplenty; for metal-core fans, that's a good thing. Interestingly, their Reverbnation page says they are looking for a synth player. I can't imagine what a synthesizer would add to the complete metal mayhem that is A Breed Extinct, but I'd love to find out. Also competing are Drawing Heaven, Infirmities and Project2.
