Description
Elaine Pinkernell will teach students to make their own slab built wall piece that may be raku-fired and embellished with fabric, metal, shell, or stone. Elaine will go over how to construct, design, and decorate a piece for the first four hour of the class, followed with two hours of instruction on how to apply raku and low-fire glaze, as well as cold-finishing techniques, while observing a raku firing.Register at http://www.higherfirestudios.com/cgi-bin/DJcalendar.cgi
