Description
Families and their dogs are encouraged to dress in their costumes and head down to the 2010 Howl'oween. The pet parade section of the event will take place from 11am-12:30pm and the faire will be held from 11:30am-4:30pm. Contests for both animal and human costumes will be held along with a dog treat stacking and float contest. This event is free and open to the public.More Info
