| Description Palo Alto – San Francisco- East Palo Alto – Stanford
United Nations Association Film Festival screens documentaries dealing with topics such as human rights, environment, women's issues, children, famine, racism, universal education, war and peace. UNAFF offers a unique opportunity for creative exchange and education among groups and individuals often separated by geography, ethnicity and economic constraints. 11th UNAFF program includes 41 documentaries from 41 countries which will be presented at Stanford University from October 19-26, with screenings in Palo Alto on October 19, San Francisco on October 20 and East Palo Alto on October 21. The 11th UNAFF has chosen the theme BLUE PLANET, GREEN PLANET to reflect the myriad of problems we encounter living on our ‘Blue Planet” and to seek awareness and solutions - through film - to better our lives and become a “Green Planet".
