10th Annual Subaru Extravaganza

TENTH annual Bay Area Meet/Extravaganza.
One of the largest Subaru get together's in world. Put on by http://www.i-club.com

$10 a person (kids 12 and under are free). As with every year, we will provide food and drinks for everyone (Hamburgers, quality sausages, hod dogs, chicken breasts/thighs/drumsticks as well as sides, desert, and all the condiments that you might need.. We'll also provide all common sodas, and water bottles for all. The more vendors we have supporting us, the better the food will be).

This year's proceeds will go entirely to the Furry Friends animal rescue, so every cent that is left over will go to homeless animals find homes that would otherwise be put to death. Last year we saved many lives and raised $2,500 for the charity (yay everyone).

Raffle: We will be selling raffle tickets at the front gate (same place where you get stamped and get your food ticket). I don't know what prizes we have yet so I'm not sure if we're going to have 1 or 2 raffles, but typically we have 2 raffles and the first raffle (smaller prizes) will be $1 per ticket, or 7 for $5.

1) (11:00am) Meet & Greet
Everyone will park their cars and rather than go straight into the Event, we will all chill & get to know everyone so it will be more like a car meet. This will give everyone enough time to set up their booths, cooks will have time to cook the meat, and this will hopefully give the guests something to do, BUT most importantly we can all meet one another properly this time around.

- Finger/Face painting:
This is something I feel would be great for Mamas, Papas, and children. So I will provide this for those who are interested. I feel this would be fun for kids cuz I know I loved it when I was younger and this will leave a momento for the Parents Maybe we can have a drawing/painting contest for the kids
