Somewhere on Monterey Road. Protected by a wooden slat fence and barbed wire. Just pretend you're in the Rockford Files - buy a Camaro. Be big and cool.

Some people who live in trailer parks don't like the term ''trailer park." They prefer the more upscale moniker "mobile home." As if "mobile home" carries a whole lot more cachet. You got axles, you live in a trailer. Move on with your crummy life.

The first year of my life, I lived in a trailer. That may hold true for the last year(s) of my life as well. Personally, I wouldn't mind living in a mobile home. All I ask in life is access to the net.
