Long, long ago when proper Techno was a strange and rare bird not often found in SF, a bold group of young and feisty DJs launched a daring, perhaps sassy or even crazy experiment: a Monday night WEEKLY Techno party. Was it MAD? Absolutely!From that point forward, every Monday night for 18 months, the Bahia Cabana on Market and Franklin rumbled and thundered with the savage and pounding beats of residents:
