LB Steak San Jose Hosts Chef's Table Dinner With Top Chef Mexico 2016 Winner

LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose will host a $99.00 four-course Chef's Table Dinner with Top Chef Mexico 2016 Winner Rodolfo Castellanos Reyes on Wednesday, September 13 from 6:00 until 10:00 p.m. Guests will be seated on the restaurant's patio and be able to enjoy traditional dishes highlighting the flavors of Oaxaca that won Chef Reyes top honors in Mexico's most prestigious cooking competition. Chef will be present at this special meal. There will be an optional paired tequila flight available for an additional charge and all prices exclude tax and gratuity.

The dinner is made extra special by the fact that Chef Reyes is an alumnus of sister restaurant Left Bank Brasserie in San Jose dating back to 2009 when he spent several years in that venue's kitchen along with Chef Patricio Mejia, now the Executive Chef at LB Steak in San Jose, Chef Agustin Hernandez who is now a lead chef at Left Bank Brasserie in San Jose, and David Bastide who is Left Bank Brasserie's Regional Executive Chef. The Chef's Table dinner is thus a culinary reunion as well as a dining opportunity.
