AQ Restaurant & Bar and Chef Mark Liberman invite guests to experience a special winemaker dinner, featuring local wine producer Jared Brant of Donkey & Goat Winery at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in AQ’s intimate Cellar Room. Donkey & Goat Winery, located in Berkeley, California, is known for balanced, wood barrel-aged Rhône varietals and Chardonnay blends.The Donkey & Goat dinner menu will feature uniquely crafted dishes with wine pairings under the direction of Chef Mark Liberman and Beverage Director Kristen Capella. The five-course menu with Donkey & Goat wine pairings is as follows:
First Course
Celeriac with smoked herring, green apple and wild nettles
