What Is Dinner à la Heart?A San Francisco tradition for over 25 years, Dinner à la Heart gives Bay Area residents an opportunity to enjoy over 50 fine area restaurants while supporting senior services and care. The unique evening brings together San Francisco's finest qualities: delicious dining and a caring spirit. Many supporters take the opportunity to enjoy Valentine's Day early. Others reserve a large table at their choice of restaurant and spend the evening with friends. A delicious meal with good company and a good heart. Bon appetit!
How Does the Dinner Help?
Generous Bay Area restaurants hold a selection of tables for the evening of Dinner à la Heart. Diners reserve these tables (through the Dinner à la Heart Hotline) and the meal price serves as a donation to Institute on Aging. These donations help provide critical home care, mental health and day services for vulnerable Bay Area seniors. A leader in senior care and advocacy, IOA has served the Bay Area with compassion, integrity and professional excellence for over 25 years.
